Jessica Bui, our Operations Manager, is indispensable to the Dynamic Residential team. With an extensive background in real estate, Jessica has a unique understanding of project marketing from a developer’s perspective, having worked with a residential property developer previously.

Her strengths and expertise include managing the operations and client liaison aspects of residential property sales, further enhancing her ability to drive value for investors, purchasers, and achieve commercial outcomes for Dynamic Residential. She excels in engaging clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process. Jessica enjoys collaborating with clients to find opportunities within challenges and promote mutual trust and respect.

Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling to new, unexplored cities, reading, exercising, and taking early morning walks in the sun. She is also fluent in Vietnamese, which helps her connect with a broader range of clients and stakeholders. These hobbies and skills help her stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to her professional life.
